Role

• This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Hinjewadi (Pune) at our Chemical Technology Center.
• The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing HR policies and procedures.
• The role involves working closely with stakeholders, business unit teams and employees on - People processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor, employment laws and other statutory mandates (deemed essential for smooth functioning).
• Additionally, the role will include advise the management on the performance evaluation processes, providing HR guidance, and supporting organizational goals.

Based on the performance and results this role may eventually mature in to CPO / CHRO.
