Key Accountabilities

Consulting & planning with site representative to optimise deployment and monitoring all day-to-day activities related to O&M

Should Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment related to above mentioned floating crafts

Reviewing requisitions related to material & service and co-ordinate with Commercial for timely supply

Monitoring of % Adherence to Maintenance Schedule and consult with maintenance head for finalization as per docking plan & Scope of Work (SoW) against each vessel

Monitoring of stock, consumption pattern, aging etc. on regular interval for optimisation of spare inventory

Maintaining technical drawings and specifications of parts and machinery

To support all RCA and CAPA implementation & develop and implement maintenance procedures

To ensure to complete all the statutory compliances on time as per marine regulations

Develop Second line with all required trainings, coaching and mentoring

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

(degree, training, or certification required)

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : (no. of years of technical, functional, and / or leadership experience or specific exposure required) 10-15 years experience in marine environment
