Role : Business Development Associate (BDA)

Type : Full-time | On-site | Delhi

Working Days : 6 days a week

What You’ll Do :

Interact with aspiring medical students & guide them through our offerings

Drive conversions through smart consultation & timely follow-ups

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

Maintain accurate sales records in CRM

Collaborate closely with marketing & operations for best outcomes

What You Bring :

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Strong convincing & negotiation skills
• Hunger to learn and grow in the EdTech space
• Experience in inside sales preferred — freshers with the right attitude are welcome!
