It manages recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development programs tailored to a highly skilled workforce. We also ensure compliance with labor laws, foster a positive workplace culture, and align people strategies with business goals to drive productivity and client satisfaction.

In addition to managing day-to-day recruitment operations, you will also spearhead or collaborate on initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and knowledge enhancement—ensuring our People Acquisition function remains agile, data-driven, and future-ready.
Key Result Areas
Strategic Planning & Organizational Alignment
- Actively contribute to the formulation of team objectives aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure strategic workforce planning through effective contingency measures and accurate forecasting of hiring needs (e.g., indent management)
- Align recruitment delivery with broader business priorities and long-term talent strategies
Project Delivery & Execution Oversight
Oversee smooth, timely, and high-impact delivery for all assigned Practices, including being hands-on with sourcing, interviewing & finalizing candidates for various business functions.Ensure recruitment projects (departmental and cross-functional) are delivered within agreed timelines and budgetsMonitor progress and remove roadblocks to ensure optimal resource utilization and stakeholder satisfactionStakeholder Management & Recruitment Advisory
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through structured cadences, proactive solutioning, and consultative guidanceOffer strategic recruitment insights using market intelligence and industry trends to support business decisionsServe as a key advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, fostering alignment on talent needsTeam Leadership & Performance Development
Lead and manage a recruitment team by setting clear expectations and performance metricsOversee delegation, productivity tracking, and career development plans to build a motivated, high-performing teamEnsure recruitment efforts are directly contributing to billable headcount goals and revenue objectivesProcess Optimization, Compliance & Cost Control
Drive process excellence by implementing lean, compliant recruitment workflowsRegularly review and improve processes for efficiency and consistencyMonitor and control recruitment-related costs (budgeting) to ensure financial accountabilityChampion employer branding initiatives and integrate market insights to elevate the organization's talent positioningTo be tailor-fit for the above, you need to have,
10+ years of experience in hiring niche talent in high numbers in within a short TAT with atleast 2+ years of experience has to be in market research hiringA good understanding on the candidate pool, competitor firms and market dynamics in the market research space.Exposure in end-to-end recruitment, including market / talent mapping, salary benchmarking etc.Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills.Hands-on experience in recruitment analytics, reporting and presentation to stakeholders (using ATS / HRMS, reporting tools).A technological bent of mind and the ability to adapt to the latest technical advancements in the recruitment space.Good negotiation and convincing skillsGood business acumenKey skills / attributes like emotional intelligence, agility and good decision making which are crucial to cater successfully as a talent acquisition lead.Hiring Process
