Q : Will I be responsible for bringing on new clients?
A : Not at all. We have a dedicated business development team that will bring in interesting businesses to you. With that being said, happy customers bring other customers; so in some sense you will be responsible for getting more referrals.
Q : What will my day look like?
A : It will be distributed between doing check-in calls with your team, the larger Tealbox team, responding to internal queries or taking queries to your peers to help you move forward with your work. We believe that work needs to be done when it needs to be done and trust our employees to work as individual contributors. However, we are mindful and empathetic to the fact that the usage of their time affects another.
Q : How core is this role to the company’s functioning?
A : Tealbox is a fundamentally flat organisation and being a lean team : It is as core as it gets. You’re just as important as the co-founders and the young interns we bring in from time to time. Additionally, you will be directly responsible for the revenue of the company and will be at the centre of all things we do.
Q : How is the work culture at Tealbox?
A : We like to be very direct at what we do. We don't focus on extravagant parties or vanity events. Instead, we prioritise treating everyone with respect and dignity, as they rightfully deserve. We're a merit-based environment, where your skills and work will naturally stand out—no need for showmanship. Workplace politics is something we firmly discourage.
Q : What kind of clients do you work with?
A : We’re just as meticulous about the clients we work with as we are with hiring new people in our team. We work with businesses who are respectful of our time just as we are of theirs. Businesses we work with understand that we’re partners who are invested in their growth rather than viewing us as an offshore agency. These businesses could be from any global geography and any size (ranging from pre-revenue to listed entities).
Requirements & Qualifications : 1-2 years’ experience working with ads platforms like Meta is preferred. We accept candidates with lesser experience but they will be considered freshers in most cases. Experience with Google Ads is a plus point; we are not looking for SEO and social media executives. Other must haves are - fluency to work with data, being comfortable with code, leveraging AI tools to improve output, effective and mindful communication.
