Role Overview

Part of a dynamic and integrated finance function delivering operational finance specialist services. This role will report to systems lead and needs to provide expert-level support for finance systems with a primary focus on Maconomy ensuring smooth operations user enablement compliance and continuous this role will need to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.

• Provide expert support for finance systems ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across regions.
• Manage system access resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with audit and control standards.
• Support core finance processes including month-end close journal entries and system updates.
• Collaborate with global teams to align workflows and address cross-regional challenges.
• Deliver user training maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence through measurable KPIs.
