Experience Required : 15 years in Corporate Physical and Telecom Security with leadership experience across India

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably with certifications like CPP PSP CISM or ISO 27001)

Job Purpose :

The Sr. Security Manager is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive security program across all corporate offices project expertise for security work packages telecom compliances and operational sites across India. This includes physical security regulatory compliance audits (DoT GSMA SAS) and proactive risk mitigation strategies. The position requires deep knowledge of Indian security regulations and global telecom security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Pan-India Site Security Management

• Oversee end-to-end security operations for all corporate offices data centers hotels warehouses and defense facilities across India.
• Standardize and enforce security protocols SOPs and infrastructure guidelines across multi-city including remote locations .
• Deploy and manage monitoring systems for CCTV access controls perimeter intrusion detection and visitor management across all sites.
• Conduct internal and vendor-based security audits including new office sites defense sites hotel audits and offsite accommodation security reviews.
• Weekly meetings and regular site updates to ensure adherence to security protocols and site security measures.
• Expat security management including expat hotel audits residential safety audits etc.
