Our vision is to create a holistic operating system for women’s health that integrates verified information, collaborative care, lifestyle alignment, and emotional well-being.

Role Description

As our Community Engagement Lead, you’ll help us shape the emotional and strategic foundation of our earliest community — a private, high-trust circle of women that informs the evolution of our product, service, and brand.

This is not just a community management role — it’s a foundational leadership role focused on insight, culture, systems, and strategic feedback loops. You will :

• Manage our founding community
• Co-design prompt-led engagement, rituals, and user reflections
• Track emotional insights, user pain points, and strategic signals
• Work closely with the founder to shape early user experience and content flow
• Build systems that allow future community + user scaling via tech + AI
• Collaborate across product, marketing, and content functions
