Civil Engineer- Manager

Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer at the Manager level to join our Workplace Management team under HR at Airtel Center. This role is ideal for professionals from the PMC industry with a proven track record in corporate interiors, large building repairs, office fit-outs, and workplace transformation. The individual will play a central role in managing end-to-end project lifecycles – from property acquisition to final office handover – while driving design innovation, ensuring compliance, and enabling strategic workplace planning across Airtel offices.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Lifecycle Management :

• Lead and manage civil and Workplace expansion / Rehaul projects for new and existing office spaces from inception to completion.
• Develop, maintain, and track project timelines using Gantt charts and other planning tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including real estate, legal, IT, admin, and finance from property acquisition to project handover.
