The Startup India Initiative is dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among college students across India. Our mission is to guide student founders through every stage of the startup journey—from idea validation to product launch—using cutting-edge tools and expert mentorship. We provide hands-on workshops, access to proprietary startup management software, and one-on-one mentoring from industry professionals. Our initiatives support building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and offer opportunities to pitch to investors and alumni networks. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a National Sales Manager - Commission Based. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and overseeing a sales team. The role includes business planning, budgeting, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Daily tasks will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and support the mission of the Startup India Initiative.

  • Team Management skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
