National Buyer

Roles and Responsibility :

The National Buyer – Pharma Medicines will be responsible for sourcing pharmaceutical products from vendors across diverse geographies. The role requires strong commercial acumen to negotiate and secure competitive margins, manage vendor relationships, and optimize product availability. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Collaboration with category teams and regional stakeholders will be key to success in this role.

Required Skill sets ( including the qualitative skills)

1. Sourcing knowledge along with strong vendor base knowledge across cities

2. Proven track record in margin and commercial negotiations with vendors and company representatives

3. Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in handling procurement data

4. Ability to perform under pressure and meet monthly margin targets

5. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
