Job Title : Business Development Manager
Location : Noida (Remote until further notice)
Shift : PST Night Shift ( 9 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 am IST)
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as a comprehensive solution provider and be responsible
for :
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities, including acquiring new customers.- Lead generation is essential; you will be responsible for generating new customer and sales leads and setting up accounts.- Drive new client development through market research, cold calling, lead generation, and consistent sales activities, focusing on complex sales opportunities.- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.- Effectively move prospective customers through the sales cycle with organized follow-ups and monthly sales activities.- Actively participate in networking opportunities to identify and seize new business development opportunities.- Promote the company's corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities, and customer relations.- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, from lead generation to client meetings, contract signing, and revenue generation.- Understand and implement strategies for recurring revenue, ensuring that individual roles and targets are met throughout the sales process.
