Location : Noida, India

Employment Type : Full-time, On-site

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Weekly Off : Tuesday

Mandatory Requirement : Two-wheeler vehicle

About the Role :

This is a pivotal full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused exclusively on real estate properties. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in driving sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities within the sector, and expertly managing client relationships throughout the property lifecycle.

Daily responsibilities will include setting and monitoring ambitious sales targets, analyzing sales performance metrics, generating comprehensive reports, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for all real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the current real estate market landscape, trends, and competitive environment.
  • Design, develop, and rigorously implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective customers, presenting real estate projects compellingly and managing the sales process through consistent follow-up.
  • Enhance product knowledge through continuous market research to provide better deliverables and insights to clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Projects.
  • Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify potential customers, engage with them proactively and regularly through direct sales and channel sales efforts to convert leads into successful deals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to optimize performance and foster a results-oriented culture.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client and channel partner relationships within the real estate domain.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Only candidates with relevant and substantial experience in the Real Estate industry will be considered.
  • Proven Leadership and Team Management skills, specifically within a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate Sales Strategy Development and Implementation.
  • Strong ability in Identifying New Business Opportunities within the property market.
  • Excellent Client Relationship Management skills, with a focus on real estate clients and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed real estate sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience : 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales and Sales Management.
  • Skills : Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Sales Management.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Must possess a mandatory two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel related to work.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in Noida during the specified hours.
