About the Role :

We are looking for skilled and experienced Content Developers for English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies (EVS) to join our team on a 6-month contractual or freelance basis. The ideal candidates will have strong subject knowledge, experience in academic or publishing content creation, and the ability to design high-quality, engaging learning material aligned with curriculum requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, edit, and review curriculum-based content, assessments, and learning materials for school-level English, Maths, and EVS.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment of content with educational standards and learning outcomes.

Collaborate with editors, designers, and project leads to produce high-quality print-ready material.

Research and incorporate innovative approaches to make the content engaging and learner-friendly.

Adhere to deadlines and project guidelines while maintaining content quality.

Required Qualifications :

Graduation and / or Post-Graduation in English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), or a relevant discipline.

3-5 years of proven experience in educational content development or print publishing.

Strong command over subject matter and familiarity with school-level curriculum design.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

Candidates with experience in the print publishing industry will be given preference.

Alumni from Jadavpur University are strongly encouraged to apply.

Certification or diploma in Publishing / Educational Content Development will be an added advantage.
