Working days & Time : 6 Days, 9 AM to 5.30 PM

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Head / Plant Head to lead the operations of our formulation manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing large-scale pharmaceutical production facilities, while ensuring full compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, QA / QC, engineering, SCM, EHS, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.) and maintain audit readiness.
• Lead a cross-functional team to achieve production targets, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and best practices.
• Manage regulatory inspections and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Ensure EHS compliance and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Collaborate with corporate functions on budgeting, capex, expansions, and strategic planning.
• Mentor and develop leadership within the plant for succession planning.
