Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Head who will bring deep expertise in brand management, sales strategy, and digital marketing within the FMCG or Home Care / Fabric Care segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities and a strong grasp of modern business growth levers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, drive, and scale the PUER brand through innovative strategies and focused execution.
- Own the P&L, driving growth through customer acquisition, retention, product expansion, marketing excellence, and robust distribution.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and digital metrics to enhance conversion rates and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital innovations that can enhance brand performance and consumer engagement.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance to achieve quarterly and annual growth goals.
Required Experience :
10–12 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG, Home Care, or Fabric Care sectors.Strong background in brand management and digital marketing within a consumer-focused organization.Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to build brand equity and drive customer acquisition.Proven track record in managing GT (General Trade) and standalone retail operations.Hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms to measure, evaluate, and optimize performance.
