Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development with established relationships and active connections with companies across USA, Canada, UK, Gulf countries, and Australia who are currently outsourcing or actively considering outsourcing their business processes. The ideal candidate should have existing ties with decision-makers who can immediately evaluate and potentially engage our BPO services.

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
- Leverage existing corporate relationships to immediately introduce and promote our BPO services to companies across USA, Canada, UK, Gulf, and Australia
- Activate your current network of decision-makers who have authority to approve outsourcing partnerships
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the BPO industry across target regions
- Fast-track sales cycles by utilizing warm relationships rather than cold prospecting
Client Relationship Management
Serve as primary point of contact for high-value prospects and clientsUnderstand client needs and customize BPO solutions accordinglyEnsure smooth transition from sales to service delivery teamsMonitor client satisfaction and identify upselling / cross-selling opportunitiesStrategic Planning
Develop market entry strategies for different geographical regionsCollaborate with operations team to ensure service delivery capabilities align with market demandsProvide market intelligence and competitive analysisParticipate in strategic planning and company growth initiativesTeam Leadership
Build and mentor a business development team as the company growsEstablish sales processes, metrics, and reporting systemsRepresent the company at industry events and conferencesRequired Qualifications :
Essential Requirements
Proven Network : Existing relationships with decision-makers (C-level, VPs, Directors) at companies in USA, Canada, UK, Gulf countries, and AustraliaBPO / Outsourcing Experience : Minimum 7-15+ years in business development within BPO, IT services, or related outsourcing industriesTrack Record : Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar outsourcing contracts and history of successful business transactionsGeographic Expertise : Deep understanding of business cultures and practices in target marketsImmediate Pipeline Potential : Must be able to identify at least 10-15 qualified prospects from existing relationships within first 30 days. Also should be able to arrange meetings / calls with key contactsProfessional Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesStrategic thinking and market analysis capabilitiesProficiency in CRM systems and sales toolsAbility to travel internationally (20-30% travel expected)Educational Background

Phase 1 : Performance-Based (First 6 Months)
