Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to our clients and supporting our mission to provide efficient, accurate, and timely tax solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, demonstrates deep tax knowledge, and has a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Represent clients before the IRS in audits, collections, and appeals.
• Assist with tax planning strategies throughout the year to minimize liabilities and enhance compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to accounting teams and clients on tax matters.
• Analyze financial records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and proactive planning.
