Job descriptionWith 1-3 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law Law Degree Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience) Quick Career progression to Senior Lawyer Exposure to a wide network of legal professionals and potential clients, fostering valuable professional connections. Good level of flexibility - implemented a work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home. Monthly external training plus regular office sessions & catch-ups Social environment and numerous staff events / Weekly lunch group exercise classes and social events.

About The Role :
- Collaborating closely with Senior Lawyers
- Assist in handling a variety of Banking & Finance matters, including debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support strategic advice and transaction structuring.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Participating in negotiations and assisting in transaction management.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients on financial matters
