Job description
  • Lead and expand the sales of Frontier's "value-based" cloud services business across the Tamil Nadu market, focusing on Enterprise-level customers.
  • Drive and replicate the success of our Generative AI consulting services, exploring new customer segments and industry verticals.
  • Proactively identify and develop new customer accounts through various effective sales methodologies, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal Pre-sales and Solution Architects to craft innovative solutions, manage bidding processes, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Work closely with key cloud partners such as AWS and Azure to leverage their platforms and programs effectively.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated sales team, and inspire a broader group of 20 key Account Managers to actively promote and sell Cloud solutions.
  • Translate complex business issues into clear strategic and executable plans, demonstrating a passion for problem-solving from strategy to execution, particularly in the evolving Gen AI landscape.
  • Operate with strong business acumen, high energy, and self-motivation, thriving in a collaborative decision-making environment.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude, ensuring smart communication and managing expectations both internally and externally.
  • Stay abreast of rapidly evolving cloud technologies, Generative AI advancements, and market trends, continuously adapting sales strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience and established connections with Enterprise customers in Tamil Nadu.
