Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
• Experience in Leadership, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience identifying and resolving data-related issues, including translating data into insights.

About the job

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Lead, you will lead a team of BI Developers who deliver innovative BI solutions to help enable business growth and make Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You will be using your technical skills, business acumen, and creativity; your team will build data pipelines and problem-solving models to support automated reporting and insight generation. This will allow teams to track their metrics to make data decisions. You will be involved in projects from problem solving to design and delivery, ensuring that our workflows optimally deliver relevant data to facilitate business needs. You will partner with members of the GTM Strategy and Operations team to understand business problems and deliver solutions.
