Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our corporate team at Sarovar Hotels. The ideal candidate will support core HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, coordination, data management, and creative support for internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate database, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Prepare HR presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Design creatives and internal communication materials using Canva
- Support onboarding, induction, and engagement activities

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong data literacy and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsPrior experience in hotel HR is a must (minimum 1 year)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field1–3 years of experience specifically in hospitality HR
