Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Human Resources Manager at Coropex Packaging India Private Limited Office. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
