Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, managing employee relationships, overseeing employee performance evaluations, administering company policies, maintaining employment records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for executing HR programs and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
