Our specialized 'Accounting Seat' model helps businesses solve talent and capacity challenges with dedicated offshore teams.

About the Role

With a team of 150+ and growing, we are looking for energetic and confident Sales Development Representatives to help us connect with prospective clients in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to accounting firms and potential leads in the USA market, based on target lists provided.
• Introduce Finsmart's offshore accounting services and schedule discovery calls / appointments with decision-makers.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM (HubSpot), and ensure lead status is accurately captured.
• Follow up with warm leads through emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn where required.
• Coordinate with Business Development Executives and share daily / weekly reports of progress.
• Support in campaign follow-ups after webinars, newsletters, or LinkedIn ads
