Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a RMC Plant Head located in PUNE. The RMC Plant Head will oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing production planning, supervising staff and operations, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines. The role involves maximizing production efficiency, optimizing resources, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Operations and Production Management to efficiently oversee plant functionality and ensure smooth workflows.
• Experience in Production Planning and Budgeting to optimize resource allocation and meet financial targets.
• Expertise in Quality Control to maintain and enhance production standards within regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and ensure efficient operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with industry-related certifications or postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous.
