Role : Assistant Vice President Contract Risk & Regulatory Governance.

Location : Noida.

Exp : 8 - 12 Years.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in contract governance, third-party risk management, and regulatory remediation.

This role involves overseeing risk-aligned contract execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing contract schedules related to critical third-party obligations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in regulatory language, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-level risk frameworks.

  • Review and incorporate regulatory clauses such as OCIR, Data Privacy, Data Transfer Agreements, and local legal conditions into third-party contracts.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of remediation activities to align with regulatory timelines and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and present project updates and risks to senior stakeholders.
  • Support contract negotiations specific to Supplier Control Obligations (SCOs).
  • Collaborate with business, legal, and risk teams to ensure accurate representation of third-

party risks within contract schedules.

  • Lead stakeholder discussions to resolve deviations and finalize agreements aligned with
  • enterprise risk frameworks.

  • Contribute to documentation, risk logs, and escalation reports for control frameworks.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and ensure accurate data capture within contract Regularly track project metrics and present remediation progress to leadership.
  • 8 - 12 years of experience in contract management, legal documentation, or risk governance (non-sourcing).
  • Exposure to regulatory remediation or legal compliance in banking or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with reviewing and aligning contracts to meet third-party risk requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with internal audit, policy adherence, and enterprise risk management
  • frameworks.

  • Experience in BFSI domain handling regulatory language in contracts.
  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle tools (e.g., Ariba, CLM platforms) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of regulatory language.
  • Collaborative and proactive in driving risk-aligned contract initiatives.
  • Skilled in cross-functional coordination and escalation management.
