Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in General Insurance to join our team and collaborate with a reputed client. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of general insurance processes, product life cycles, and regulatory requirements, along with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and coordination between business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Process Mapping & Optimization : Assess and enhance business processes, documenting process flows using industry-standard tools.
• Gap Analysis & Solution Design : Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities, collaborating with IT teams to design effective solutions.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), and user stories for development teams.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• System Implementation & UAT : Work with testing teams to define test cases, validate requirements, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for successful system implementation.
