Job Title : Business Analyst - Insurance Domain (A&H, ESL)

Location : Pune, Hybrid (Work from Office)

Shift Timings : 12 : 00 PM to 9 : 30 PM IST

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance domain, specifically in Employer Stop Loss (ESL) under Accident and Health (A&H). The ideal candidate should have expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements while collaborating with both business and technical teams. A deep understanding of technical architecture, system integration, and API interactions is essential for success in this role.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of A&H insurance products. You will play a key role in defining user stories, process flows, and ensuring that technical implementations align with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements for A&H insurance products.
• Technical Collaboration : Work closely with the technical team to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications and that systems and architecture align with business needs.
• System Integration & Architecture : Gain a strong understanding of the existing technical architecture and integration requirements, ensuring alignment across teams and providing clarity on system design.
• Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate discussions between business users, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure clear communication and complete understanding of business and technical requirements.
• Solution Design & Feasibility : Participate in solution design discussions, providing insights into business needs, and ensuring solutions are feasible from both a business and technical perspective.
• Testing & Validation : Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring the solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
• Test Plans & UAT : Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies.
• System Enhancements & Gaps : Identify and document gaps in existing systems and propose enhancements or new solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Industry Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to A&H insurance.
