Senior Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Responsibilities :

• Provide business and functional support to the Product Owner and Agile teams while shaping the product roadmap, creating user stories, and managing the product backlog.
• Perform solution analysis focused on enhancing customer journeys and product functionality.
• Work within small to medium-sized technology projects of low to medium complexity that may span across multiple business units and geographies.
• Ensure the team operates within an Agile delivery methodology, and ensure that the backlog and solution analysis contribute effectively to technology projects and programmes.
• Understand the risk exposure to the bank and assist Scrum masters, project managers, and senior stakeholders in managing those risks.
• Support delivery across the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Contribute to development efforts and increase learnability within Core Banking.
• Possess at least one technical capability such as cloud, digital, security, microservices, or platform architecture experience.
• Lead Agile teams and encourage the use of DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test automation.
• Apply Agile methodologies (e. g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence; experience with Disciplined Agile and SAFe frameworks is preferred.
