Job descriptionWe’re solving for the gap between clinical dermatology and everyday skincare through data, science, and design-led innovation. Work in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment. Opportunity to shape the creative voice of a growing brand. Collaborate with a passionate, ambitious, and creative team. Freedom to experiment, learn, and grow with us. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft attractive job descriptions Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Track key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality Assist in HR Activities for employee engagement, employee issue resolution 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles is a plus
