Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development - Acquisition of new business and Relationship Management

  • Achieving Revenue targets and Profitability as per the business plan
  • Developing a business plan including Revenues target, product mix, and margin objectives.
  • Need to have relationships across Banks / Corporates / Merchant Bankers in the respective

region with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

  • Meeting & arranging events for Knowledge Sharing with Corporate Clients, Banks &
  • Financial Institutions, and Merchant Bankers.

  • Continuously keeping oneself and team members updated on industry happenings and
  • product developments.

  • Increasing the market share and visibility in the respective region for CareEdge.
  • Industry and Competition Analysis with proper MIS handling and tracking.
