Requirements

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in generating qualified B2B leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team, with a focus on IT and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads via cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and online resources
  • Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute effective cold outreach strategies
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover and follow-up
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
  • Contribute to process improvements in lead generation
  • International cold calling experience is a plus

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation / appointment setting / sales, preferably in IT or SaaS
  • Proven success in B2B lead generation and appointment setting
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales and IT / SaaS products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
  • International cold calling experience is a strong advantage
