Requirements
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in generating qualified B2B leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team, with a focus on IT and SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads via cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and online resources
- Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers
- Develop and execute effective cold outreach strategies
- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Achieve monthly / quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover and follow-up
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvements in lead generation
- International cold calling experience is a plus
Requirements :
