Location : Onsite – Sector 63, Noida (Night Shift)

Requirements :

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in US IT / NON IT full-cycle recruiting
• Good understanding of US work visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Hands-on experience with Implementation partners
• Expertise in job boards like Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
