Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to supply chain management. Oversee inventory management systems to maintain accurate tracking and reporting of medical supplies. Collaborate with clinical, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Lead, train, and evaluate supply chain staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
