We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in technical / IT hiring, and who can independently manage sourcing, screening, and coordination.

The ideal candidate is execution-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (majorly IT / technical)
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer rollout
• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities
