Manager Skill Qualifications & Training

Key Responsibilities

• Develop skill qualifications and curriculum aligned to outcome-based education principles.
• Draft and review learning outcomes to ensure clarity and alignment with NSQF / NHEQF / NCrF.
• Collaborate with industry partners, content developers, and SMEs to design curriculum and assessments.
• Review content and assessments to maintain quality and compliance with academic standards.
• Curate online content based on structured learning outcomes.
• Design student-facing materials like workbooks , logbooks , and e-learning modules .
• Support and manage operational activities related to skill certifications and qualification management.
• Ensure academic content is seamlessly integrated into LMS and other digital platforms.
• Assist with any additional academic or curriculum-related responsibilities assigned by University leadership.
