Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying ML solutions. Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with HRMS, HMIS, or CMS systems is highly preferred. Ability to adapt ML solutions to domain-specific challenges in workforce analytics, patient care, or content management. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for articulating complex solutions clearly. A self-starter with a passion for innovation and research. Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and deploying machine learning models to enhance features in HRMS, HMIS, and CMS applications.
- Designing and implementing predictive analytics algorithms for workforce management, healthcare insights, and content personalization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prototype, and deploy innovative AI / ML solutions.
- Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights relevant to HR, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Researching and proposing new technologies and methodologies to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Presenting R&D findings during reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
