Job description

Sales Leadership & Execution

Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through strategic territory management and smart sales planning.
Ensure uniform and effective execution of sales activities by ASMs in alignment with corporate sales goals.
Engage directly with high-value clients to strengthen partnerships and close critical deals.

Team Leadership & Development

Build and maintain a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.

Identify, attract, and hire top-tier sales professionals; mentor team members for advancement and leadership readiness.

Accompany ASMs on key customer visits to enhance engagement and optimize deal conversion.

Collaboration Across Functions

Work closely with Product Marketing and other departments to anticipate industry shifts, respond to competition, and leverage market opportunities.

Contribute to regional planning and budgeting processes with Sales Directors and VPs, ensuring alignment of strategies and resources.

Operational Management

Leverage CRM platforms to analyze team performance, monitor key metrics, and generate actionable insights.

Share regular updates in monthly RPL (Regional Planning & Leadership) meetings to support strategic decision-making.
