Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly energetic and strategic Head of Growth who combines deep experience in healthcare partnerships (especially hospital tie-ups) with proven ability to scale B2C and B2B sales engines. This individual will drive revenue across multiple channels, lead high-performing teams, and own end-to-end growth for our homecare and eldercare verticals.
The ideal candidate brings strong Pan-India hospital relationships, has independently led P&L functions, is deeply data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-led culture. Exposure to digital marketing, lead conversion funnels, and a strong CHC (customer-healthcare-caregiver) understanding is key.
Key Responsibilities :
Hospital Partnerships & Institutional BD
- Lead and scale Pan-India hospital tie-ups, unlocking referrals for homecare services (nurses and GDAs)
- Open doors into chain hospitals (Apollo, Max, Fortis, etc.) through personal network and structured outreach
- Co-develop partnership SOPs and account management plans for sustained hospital engagement
Revenue & P&L Ownership :
Own P&L and drive business across B2C, B2B, and institutional channelsDeliver aggressive monthly / quarterly revenue targets while managing CAC and retention KPIsBuild sales and delivery capabilities to scale operations without compromising on experienceDigital & Inbound Growth :
Lead collaboration with marketing on digital campaigns, lead management systems (CRM), and nurturing funnelsAnalyze conversion patterns and close feedback loops between leads and on-ground teamsBring in fresh growth hacks across online & offline channels to maximize revenue.Team Leadership & Expansion :
