About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced  IT Recruiter  to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring for technical roles across various functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated with hiring trends and market insights.
