Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading new and after-sales service, shipping agreements, conversions, recommendations, technical support, and pricing offers. The role will also involve coordination with VEM Germany and VEM China factories to provide a diverse range of motors.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in the motor or industrial equipment industry
• Knowledge of the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, and other relevant industries
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
