Role : IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location : Mumbai (Andheri East Kurla Road)

Mode : Work from office (WFO) {5 days}

Interview mode : Face to Face (F2F)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage and monitor the operation of surveillance services and solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
• Design and maintain the IT infrastructure and architecture for integrated command and control center services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compatibility with other technology components.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for e-surveillance services, including hardware, software, staffing, and maintenance costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal IT teams or external vendors as needed.
• Establish a secure, robust and load balancing network for connectivity of surveillance systems to the centralized monitoring station.
• Coordinate with ISP vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Introduce mechanism to monitor various network components for minimizing downtime.
• QC and QA of network hardware like SIM routers and broadband routers, VPN concentrators etc.
