Lead Designer - UX / UI

Description :

As a Lead Designer, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and usability. You will guide a team of designers, enforce design standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the UX / UI design of complex digital products across platforms.
• Define and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to shape product vision.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior associates on design execution.
• Drive adoption of modern design practices including micro-interactions and prototyping.
• Ensure design deliverables align with business goals and user needs.
• Present design solutions effectively to stakeholders.
