Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Lead Generation Executive. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, generating new leads, and developing communication strategies to effectively follow up with potential clients. The role includes identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate interest in OnGrid's solutions and converting those leads into sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Leads and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Market Research
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong background in Sales
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the tech industry is beneficial
