Skills :

Core Networking Technologies & Protocols :

• Expert-level knowledge of TCP / IP stack and related protocols (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of advanced routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Layer 3 switching technologies, including routing protocols and inter-VLAN routing.
• Deep understanding of WAN technologies (MPLS, IPSEC VPN, SD-WAN).
• Experience with network hardware from various vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
• Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles, with a focus on high availability, scalability, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, with a strong emphasis on zoning policies, network segmentation, and access control best practices.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-vendor environment, including familiarity with vendor-specific protocols and technologies.
• Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies, particularly in high-density, warehouse or distribution center environments, including RF design, coverage optimization, and interference mitigation.
• Strong understanding of Aruba and Cisco networking technologies, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting of wired and wireless infrastructure, with hands-on experience using Aruba Central.
