Lead IT Network Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain the network, server, and desktop infrastructure for Coimbatore to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability
• As the sole responsible individual for Coimbatore offices' IT infrastructure, you will lead all related technical initiatives and support.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in driving projects and ensuring operational excellence for the assigned location.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide necessary technical support and solutions.
• Offer expert technical guidance and support to resolve IT-related issues for end-users at the Coimbatore site.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors providing IT-related products and services specific to the Coimbatore infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery, efficient implementation, and ongoing support of network and infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and enforce stringent security measures to safeguard the organization's network and systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements for IT infrastructure.
• Lead and actively participate in IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and the implementation of new technologies for the Coimbatore offices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all network and system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Create and regularly update network diagrams to facilitate a clear understanding of the network topology.
