Senior Network Engineer (Infrastructure Assessment)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to support a comprehensive IT infrastructure assessment initiative. You will be responsible for evaluating existing network environments, identifying risks and gaps, and recommending scalable, secure, and high-performing network architectures. This role reports directly to the Infrastructure Architect.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct end-to-end assessments of enterprise network environments (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, VPNs).
• Document and analyze network topologies, hardware inventory, and configurations.
• Evaluate performance, availability, and scalability of network components.
• Identify network security vulnerabilities, compliance risks, and bottlenecks.
• Support the architect in defining future-state network design and remediation plans.
• Recommend optimizations and upgrades based on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with datacenter, cloud, and cybersecurity teams for holistic infrastructure assessment.
• Create technical documentation, executive summaries, and findings reports.
