The Role

Job Title : Conference Producer

Job Role : We are seeking a Conference Producer to conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality conferences and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Conference & Exhibition industry , bringing innovation and professionalism to the role.

Reporting : Sri Hari and Michael

Location : Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research industry trends to identify themes and topics for conferences.
• Develop conference agendas and secure high-profile speakers.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive event promotion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Analyse post-event feedback to continuously improve.
