Role : IT Business Analyst
Job description :
- Working as a Full-Time IT Business Analyst, you will be working with stakeholders and developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents and ensuring that the features or modifications developed from these specifications meet the business requirements by creating and executing functional, unit and volume tests
- In this position, you will work with Product Information Management applications, which include 3rd Party systems and in-house custom software
- You will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical suggestions for solving business process issues
- Assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working with the delivery team to deliver solutions, and coordinating / communicating with business stakeholders.
- Must have Strong Experience in Project and resource Management
- Preparing a full User guide(technical doc / content) of the products for Webkul s products, Services, and customers in written and video format as well.
- Attending international as well as domestic seminars and conferences regarding the promotion of the products with the presentation.
- Market research of the products.
- Responsible for new partnerships of the organization, acting as a bridge between the client side and the organization.
